HOW WE WORK

Stage One: Research INCLUDES: Сlient consultation, needs, budget, timelines, etc; research and diligence for title cost and availability; and exploration of optional original and/or comparable songs.

Stage Two: Negotiation INCLUDES: Submission of song requests to publishers and record labels, fee and term negotiations, and clearances for all parties; timely and regular follow-up throughout; provision of all requisite information to client for review and approval upon receipt of term and fee agreement.

Stage Three: Legal Agreements Formalization of all long-form license agreements and delivery to client of all closed agreements.
